T-Bay surf club is located in a unique award winning 2 storey circular building with spectacular uninterrupted views of Tramore Bay and Beach. The building occupies an unrivalled location on Tramore Promenade in the epicentre of Tramore`s beach activity and leisure area. Established in 1967, T-Bay is Ireland`s largest surf club where qualified ISA coaches provide lessons for adults, children, corporate groups and friends.
The building has a Café area on the ground floor with seating and viewing area on the second floor which boasts a wraparound balcony area with unrivalled sea views. The Licensee will have use of the outside decking and seating areas.
