At Property Partners OBrien Swaine Dundrum we specialise in selling and renting properties in South Dublin and surrounding areas.

Property Partners O'Brien Swaine was established in 2008 by Paul O'Brien & David Swaine who previously held senior positions with one of Irelands biggest Auctioneering companies for 10 years. We have 4 offices across Dublin and Wexford with a large sales team. We also have a full property management team who look after a large property portfolio spanning 4 counties. We are part of The Property Partners Real Estate Group which is an independently owned auctioneering group with more than 25 offices nationwide. Since being founded in 2000, Property Partners has established itself as a leading Nationwide player in all sectors of the Irish property market.

With over 45 years combined experience between them at the very highest level Paul O'Brien and David Swaine have a proven track record that speaks for itself which has been achieved through a combination of years of hard work, a strong professional ethic and a desire to achieve the highest prices for their home owners and landlords alike. That level of experience, knowledge and professionalism is crucial when dealing with the challenging and changing residential property market.

Property Partners O'Brien Swaine are members of The Society of Chartered Surveyors of Ireland (RICS) which is the leading professional body for construction, land and property professionals in Ireland. We are also a member if the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers, (IPAV) and strictly abides by their code of conduct and ethics. Both Paul & David are Blue Book Valuers.

Property Partners O'Brien Swaine are registered with the NPRSA (National Property Regulatory Services Authority Licence No. 004224) which is responsible for setting the standards for the provision of property services in Ireland. We are also fully licensed, bonded and hold full professional indemnity and insurance cover.
