The company was founded in the early 1950’s by the current owner’s father

Laurence Gunne. Stephen who trained for some years in Monaghan took over the company in the mid 1980’s and to date together with his wife Una and their Co Director PJ Roddy, the company has seen steady growth over the years. In 2005 the company moved from its original location, next-door to its current showrooms which would be generally regarded to be one of the finest city or country showrooms in Ireland. The company have vast experience in technical valuations including compulsory purchase and landlord and tenant work and also have a busy residential and commercial sales and lettings business.   The company operate throughout mid and north County Louth together with north Meath and south Monaghan.
